Villa Bocazul 5 is perched on a clifftop within the exclusive Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and the 18-hole golf course. Designed around light, space and seamless indoor-outdoor living, the villa lets you enjoy the breathtaking views from almost every room. Large floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interior with natural light, while the private infinity pool flows seamlessly into the ocean horizon.

The stunning Blue Bay Beach, known for its crystal-clear turquoise water and colourful coral reef, is just a short walk from the villa. The gated resort provides 24-hour security and a range of facilities, including a dive school, tennis courts, a fitness centre, and multiple restaurants and bars. The CAYA team is also happy to help you arrange activities such as boat trips and other special experiences on the island.

The villa has three beautifully appointed bedrooms, comfortably accommodating six guests. A seventh guest can be accommodated on a comfortable sofa bed in the study. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is the heart of the home, connecting seamlessly to an indoor dining area as well as a spacious covered terrace. With an outdoor dining table for eight, it is the perfect place to enjoy long dinners, beautiful sunsets and views over the Caribbean Sea.
