1.1 In this Disclaimer, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
- CAYA: Concilium Enterprises B.V., trading under the name CAYA Property Management, a private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, having its registered office at Perseusweg 16, Curaçao, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 155606.
- Visitor: any person who visits the Website.
- Website: the website www.caya-pm.com operated and managed by CAYA.
Article 2 – Content

Na afloop van de toepasselijke bewaartermijn worden persoonsgegevens verwijderd of geanonimiseerd, tenzij verdere bewaring wettelijk is toegestaan of vereist.

Wij nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om persoonsgegevens te beschermen tegen verlies, misbruik, onbevoegde toegang, openbaarmaking of wijziging.
Hoewel wij ons inspannen om uw gegevens te beveiligen, is geen enkele methode van gegevensoverdracht via internet of elektronische opslag volledig veilig.
7. Internationale gegevensoverdracht
Omdat CAYA actief is op Curaçao en gebruikmaakt van internationale dienstverleners, software- en cloudoplossingen, kunnen persoonsgegevens worden verwerkt of opgeslagen in andere landen dan het land waar de betrokkene woont. Wij zorgen ervoor dat dergelijke overdrachten plaatsvinden met passende waarborgen voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.

6.1 CAYA maakt gebruik van cookies. Cookies zijn kleine hoeveelheden informatie die een server naar de browser stuurt met de bedoeling dat deze informatie bij een volgend bezoek weer naar de server teruggestuurd wordt. Cookies kunnen worden gebruikt om de bezoeker bij een vervolgbezoek op de website te herkennen en om de voorkeuren van het bezoek aan de website vast te leggen. CAYA aanvaardt geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid voor het privacybeleid of de beveiligingsmaatregelen van dergelijke derde partijen.
